B2B Commerce Platform & Retail Technology
A multi-channel design and product communication engagement spanning e-commerce, point of sale, merchant services, ERP workflows, inventory management, in-store kiosk technology, sales enablement, technical documentation, and motion.

Designing across a connected retail technology ecosystem
The organization expanded from a specialized e-commerce and payment-services focus into a broader retail technology offering. My work supported that evolution across customer-facing websites, product positioning, sales materials, kiosk experiences, technical documentation, visual communication, and digital marketing.
Creative direction with hands-on execution
I worked across strategic and production needs, translating complex commerce products into clearer customer-facing experiences and supporting materials.
From specialized commerce to a broader multi-vertical platform
The product story grew to connect online commerce, brick-and-mortar retail, payment processing, inventory operations, supplier workflows, point of sale, and self-service kiosk experiences.
That expansion created a communication challenge: each part of the offering needed to work on its own while still feeling like part of one connected system.
Portfolio note: some historical artifacts preserve earlier branding or transitional content because they were created during different phases of the business and product evolution.
Communicating one system across many operational touchpoints
The challenge was not only visual. The work needed to explain how several commerce capabilities related to each other and where they fit into the retailer’s day-to-day operation.
E-Commerce
Responsive storefronts, product discovery, online ordering, and catalog presentation.
Point of Sale
In-store sales workflows, hardware support, product feeds, and connected retail operations.
Merchant Services
Payment-processing communication, virtual terminals, rates, security, and account services.
ERP & Inventory
Supplier management, stock movement, order fulfillment, SKU management, and reporting.
In-Store Kiosk
A physical retail extension connecting digital catalog access, purchasing, and store operations.
Product Marketing
Sales materials, launch communication, product presentations, and motion content.
Building consistency across a changing product story
The visual system was applied across websites, product marketing, launch materials, presentations, sales communication, and motion content while the business expanded into a broader commerce offering.

Earlier Brand
The earlier specialized commerce identity preceded the broader platform launch shown alongside it.

Launch Communication
Transitional launch creative introduced the new digital presence while carrying the visual language into a broader product offering.

Platform Positioning
Product communication connected e-commerce, point of sale, merchant services, and in-store kiosk capabilities into a single retail-cloud story.
From early digital direction to a broader production experience
The website evolved alongside the product itself. Earlier concepts established structure, visual language, and service positioning; later production work expanded the experience around a more complete commerce ecosystem.
Early Website Direction
An earlier visual direction focused on merchant services, industry positioning, platform technology, resources, and customer-facing service communication.

The later website broadened the story around end-to-end commerce, inventory, supplier integration, ERP workflows, order management, marketing, analytics, responsive web experiences, and ongoing support.

Pricing design moved from an early bundled-services concept toward a more mature SaaS-style experience with defined service tiers, feature differentiation, support options, and cost estimation.

Bundled Service Concept
Early exploration organized web, marketing, retail, payment, point-of-sale, kiosk, and support services into comparable packages.

Tiered SaaS Pricing
The production direction clarified service tiers, included feature comparison, support levels, and a cost-estimation flow designed to make selection easier.
Translating software and hardware capabilities into customer-facing sales communication
Sales materials connected product features, business value, service offerings, retail hardware, and software workflows into a format the sales team could use in customer conversations.
Making a broad platform easier to explain
The packet organized the offering into a visual narrative that helped connect digital commerce, software capabilities, retail technology, and physical kiosk deployment.
This work required information hierarchy, product understanding, visual consistency, and the ability to communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience.

Connecting product communication to real-world implementation
The kiosk work extended beyond sales presentation. Installation documentation translated a physical product into a clear visual sequence designed to support setup and implementation.
Visual instructions for a physical retail system
The manual used illustrated steps, controlled sequencing, and clear visual hierarchy to guide assembly of the in-store kiosk.
This is where product communication became operational: marketing established the value of the kiosk, while technical documentation supported the people responsible for deploying it.

Bringing the platform story to SHOT Show
Promotional video for SHOT Show in Las Vegas
I created this motion piece to promote the company at SHOT Show in Las Vegas, extending the visual system into a trade-show format and communicating the broader multi-industry commerce offering to an event audience.
More than visual design
The strongest part of this engagement is the range of problems it required me to connect—from product positioning and interface design through sales communication, physical deployment, and technical documentation.
Systems Thinking
Connecting multiple products, services, channels, and customer touchpoints into a coherent story.
Technical Communication
Turning complex software and hardware information into understandable customer and installer experiences.
Sales Enablement
Creating materials that support product explanation, customer conversations, and commercial decision-making.
Cross-Channel Consistency
Maintaining a connected visual and product narrative across web, print, presentations, documentation, and motion.
